Late Payments
Is there a grace period?
Yes. We typically offer a short grace period after your due date. The exact number of days may vary depending on your rental agreement.
What if I miss a payment?
A late fee may be added after the grace period.
You may receive follow-up reminders and communication from our team.
Continued non-payment could result in a repossession of the unit.
Can I work out a payment arrangement?
In many cases, yes. We understand unexpected issues come up. Contact us before your payment is too late, and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Cancelation
What if I no longer need the unit?
You may return the unit at any time with no penalty — that’s the benefit of our rent-to-own program. However, past due payments and fees must be resolved first.
Can I cancel my agreement?
Yes. Our agreements are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by contacting us and arranging for the unit to be picked up. Trailers are to be returned to nearest dealer drop off location.
Do you check my credit?
No. Maven Rentals does not run credit checks. Our Rent-to-Own program is designed to be simple, fair, and accessible — regardless of credit history.
Early Payoff
Can I pay off early?
Yes! We offer a discounted payoff option. This lets you save money compared to making full term payments. Contact us for a payoff quote anytime.
When do I own the building or trailer?
Once your final payment is made (or early payoff is completed), ownership is transferred to you—no surprises.
